4. Donations Policy

• Donations once made are used for charitable activities and are generally non-refundable.
• In case of any error in transaction, the donor may request a refund within 2 working days with valid proof.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days (subject to verification).

• Users agree not to misuse the Foundation’s website or services.
• Any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity will lead to legal action.
• The Foundation reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
